Yes, you are very welcome to book our villas for longer periods – we are very flexible. The best time for a home office or a longer booking of the villas is the low season (January to June and October to December). During this time, longer bookings of up to several months are possible. With a longer booking we can also talk about prices 😉
We know that these are very important conditions that must be clarified before a booking is made. Please contact us and we will send you a concrete offer or a draft where everything is noted in detail.
Without the necessary tools, working perfectly in a home office is challenging. That is why we are happy to provide office equipment such as printers, monitors, office supplies, etc. Please let us know in advance what you need and we will organize everything. We don’t charge for this – we only take it into account for the deposit.
As the journey from Alicante airport takes about 1 hour and from Valencia 1.5 hours, we are also happy to offer a transit service for a fee. However, we strongly recommend renting a car for the booked time if you travel by plane. The costa blanca offers a wide range of attractions that can only be reached by car. A drive is also useful for shopping and visiting restaurants.
If you haven’t found your ideal home office space with us, then get in touch anyway. We have a good network throughout the Costa Blanca and can help you with your search. We can also help you negotiate the price and you don’t have to pay us any extra – we get our share from the owner as a tip commission.
The villas are very large and offer a lot of space. We understand if several home office enthusiasts want to join forces. This can be done with pleasure, but we need a fixed partner who books the villa and is responsible for it. This means that if you want to arrive in groups, you have to coordinate among yourselves. If several people want to book at the same time and are interested in a joint stay, we will bring you together – but we always need a contractual partner.
Oh yes we can! We know the Costa Blanca very well and can advise with delicious restaurants, beautiful hiking routes or cultural activities. Also all other topics like sightseeing, best beaches or something for the adrenalin. We are happy to help!
A booking with animals is allowed and also convenient due to the fenced plots. However, we do charge a premium for the cleaning fee and the deposit. And yes, a Chihuahua counts too.
