The living area includes a SAT-TV, a fireplace and a separated fully equipped kitchen with washmachine. A big terrace next to the out-door kitchen has furniture for the wonderful opportunity to prepare food directly outside. Alternatively, you can use the two terraces for private sunbathing. From the driveway you have private parking with enough space for 3 cars and access to the private tennis court.

Location Description
The villa is situated between Moraira and Calpe directly at the coastline. In the surroundings area you can finde a wide variety of all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is also directly next to the official coastal path which goes from Moraira to Calpe and offers beautiful walks directly by the sea.
